Lifetime Warranty

Our products are fully warranted for lifetime to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship. If our product fails due to a manufacturing defect, at our discretion we will repair the product without charge or replace it.

This lifetime warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, improper care, negligence, or the natural breakdown of colors over extended time and use.

If we determine that the damage is not covered under our warranty, we will contact you prior to performing any repair work or sending you a new product. If you have any questions about our warranty or need clarification about our warranty, then contact us. Make sure you document the problem, location, date of purchase, return address, and other needed information in an enclosed letter with the product.

For the first 60 days from date of purchase, we offer a no-question-asked full refund of any item in its original new condition. We do not refund shipping charges. It is the customer's responsibility to handle all return shipping fees.

When shipping your return, be sure to include a copy of your packing slip and to use a reputable shipper that provides tracking as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. To guarantee that the items you like are in stock, please contact us first or place a new order online at any time and send the returned items back to us for a refund.

We currently offer free shipping within the United States. International shipping cost are calculated in the shopping cart. The amount is based on the total cost of your order. If you need to send us specific information about shipping to your address, then contact us through email or leave a note on your order form.

For domestic shipping in the USA, we use either USPS priority mail or first class mail (2 to 4 days) or UPS ground (2 to 6 days). We ship to Canada and most other international locations using first class mail (6 to 10 days). For additional shipping information for international locations, please contact us with your questions.
